24 hour fitness/Los Banos

Signed up at 24 hour fitness.  Went on a nice 3.5 mile workout.  met with Roger Diwa and Sharon, a potential care giver.  Saw Domingo for a couple of hours.  nice facility.  Uncle Mike on the way home.  made chicken and broccoli .  Full day.  Thank you Lord.

Rained very hard last night giving the morning a nice, clean tropical smell.  everything dries fast.  i ran in the open field in the beginning for a few laps...shoes didn't get soggy.  in fact, i found a nice pace to do some sprints.  A nice workout.  Back in the 808 again.  Thank you Lord.
